Field Operations
Full-time
Security Officer
Deploy to commercial, residential, industrial or mining sites. Monitor access points, patrol perimeters, report incidents and maintain visible deterrence across shift rotations.
- Minimum 18 years of age, physically fit
- Clean background check and vetting
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Basic literacy in English
Operations
Shift-based
Control Room Operator
Monitor CCTV feeds, dispatch response teams, log incidents and coordinate with field officers from the CSI 24/7 command centre. Attention to detail and clear communication are essential.
- Experience with monitoring or dispatch systems
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfort with computer-based tools
- Ability to work night shifts
Specialist
Full-time
K9 Handler
Work with trained detection and patrol canines at mine sites, industrial facilities, events and high-value environments. Handle, exercise and deploy assigned K9 units under supervision.
- Prior canine handling experience preferred
- Willingness to complete certification
- Physical fitness and outdoor capability
- Calm, controlled temperament
Technology
Full-time
Security Technician
Install, commission and maintain CCTV systems, access control hardware and GPS tracking units at client sites. Diagnose faults, replace components and support technology rollouts.
- Technical qualification in electronics or similar
- Experience with CCTV or access control systems
- Field installation experience preferred
- Valid driver's licence
Field Operations
Full-time
Site Supervisor
Lead a team of security officers at a designated client site. Manage rosters, conduct briefings, monitor performance and act as the on-site point of contact for the client and command centre.
- Prior supervisory experience in security
- Strong leadership and reporting skills
- Understanding of incident management
- Demonstrated reliability record
Support
Full-time
Client Services Officer
Support account management, performance reporting and day-to-day client communication. Coordinate with operations and technology teams to resolve client requests quickly and accurately.
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Comfort with reporting tools and spreadsheets
- Customer-facing experience preferred
- Attention to detail
